Turn On, Tune In, Cop Out

We’re very lucky this week to have some excellent radio coverage on a host of upcoming gigs!

First up, is the recently launched Melksham Town Sound, a station we’re already familiar with as God Is In The TV contributor, Ben P Scott (What does the P stand for?) has an excellent session, largely dedicated to music of my youth (ie. 90’s Indie.) However it will be young new DJ, Devon Place, who will be presenting an alternative session, which I reckon will feature a lot of rock and a definite preview of our Gnarwolves show in December.

You can tune into that between 5 and 6pm tomorrow evening, via their website Melkshamtownsound.co.uk

We do also have a featuring coming up on “Daring to be different…” local Swindon Radio, Swindon 105.5. I’m not actually 100% sure as and when they’re going to give Friday’s Beans On Toast, Victoria, gig a mention, but they’ve agreed to accept my press releases and I’ve given them a radio friendly song to play too. Regular DJ, Shaun Buswell had agreed to do something, but had found himself doing something much cooler, filming for a new video.

You can tune into if you live in Swindon via 105.5fm, OR online, via http://www.swindon1055.com/.

Lastly, and significantly my first interaction with Wiltshire Introducing’s replacement, BBC Introducing In The West, which broadcasts from Bristol. Presenter Sam Bonham will be giving the Chip Daddy tour with Goldie Lookin’ Chain a little look, and again focussing on Chip’s show in Swindon this Friday with Beans On Toast.

I’ve always streamed this session via http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p012bzts, but you can listen locally, if you’re in the Bristol / south west area via 94.9fm, 104.6fm or DAB.

I thank you all for the support you give our local artists and specifically, my shows! See you Friday x
