t over 3 weeks on Friday 6th May, we will be welcoming back the absolutely wonderful, CHRIS T-T.

Chris will be kicking off an 11 date UK tour in Devizes, which also takes in Sheffield Festival of Debate.

In a career spanning nearly 20 years and under various guises, on the 3rd June will see the release of his 12th studio album, “9 Green Songs“. This clearly politically charged record is out on one of our favourite labels, Xtra Mile. Its title is a hint to his leanings, and a nod to a previous record “9 Red Songs” which spawned the classic “The Huntsman Comes A Marching”.

Chris T-T is one of the UK’s finest, finest songwriters and one of the most genuinely wonderful people we have ever met or had the good fortune to call a friend in the music industry.

Having previously played Devizes at The Lamb, and a notable performance live on Fantasy Radio UK in Hillworth Park in 2014, Chris can also lay claim to having performed the Olympic Opening Ceremony along side British rapper Dizzee Rascal & toured the world with people like Frank Turner, and mainland Europe with Emily Barker and She Makes War, among many others.

When not writing, recording or touring, Chris is an active blogger for The Huffington Post and resident blogger for Brighton Museum. He also broadcasts a folk radio(!). He has a voice, and he sure knows how to use it.

You can find everything about Chris on his website and social media here;

Supporting we are delighted to announce that Matt McKee will be standing in for Oxygen Thief / Non-Cannon, who cannot make the show as originally planned.

However, Matt is new to the venue and us. He is best described as “Intricate guitar lines compliment reflective lyrics bringing to mind 90’s alt heroes J Mascis, Evan Dando and Elliott Smith” That’s quite an accolade.

If that doesn’t whet your appetite, then nothing will.

We will be including a between act interlude from Fantasy Radio resident poet, Gail Foster, who will be reciting some of her sharp tongued poetry about all things local, and perhaps political.

Tickets £8 advance, £10 on the door.

Doors 8pm.
8.45 – 9.15 – Matt McKee
9.15 – 9.30 – Gail Foster Poetry!
9.30 – 10 –
10.15 – fin. Chris T-T
